Do what you will and believe the things you say. Follow through on promises and just stay true to who you are and make sure it equals out to who you say you are. This has proven harder for some then others. Many in this world find it incredibly hard to be "real" and to express their realness with others. There are many in this world who are labeled phonies, but is that necessarily a fair observation? Some may not seem real simply because their reality is nothing like yours. We all lead different lives. We all have completely different day to day interactions with this big world of ours. Just because some fool spends his day speaking of his pet puma gives me no right to just write him off as a phony ass lying bastard. You may be surprised to learn during his lunch break he volunteers at the local zoo or better still he is one of the crazies with a home full of exotic wild animals as pets. Just cuz "crazy" aunt Betty swears she not only has seen the allusive Sasquatch but has also had a sexual encounter with the creature. Yes insane to some but ya never know cousin Ronnie is unreasonably hairy and uncle Jim is completely hairless. All I'm saying never write off a person simply because they seem wild and/or over the top. Some so called crazies have proven to be creative geniuses. Don't think the crazy inside can lead to greatness? Maybe your normalcy will inevitably lead to destruction
