Jobber vs All-star

Who are you?

It's all about the earning. Making that cash the best way you can. We all have our roles in this world. Now it's not about the bank role this is about the part you play in the workload day to day. Simply put everyone who works can fall in three categories
Jobbers
All-stars
Never was

Jobbers and All-stars are the keys to all workplaces. Simply without them there is no company. Now the difference between the two is simple. Jobbers show up to work and do just that, they work. They do all that's asked of them and are consistently dependable. All-stars however come to work and they shine. They do everything a jobber would and then some. Jobber may give you a solid 8 everyday an all-star will give you a steady 11 hours at least 3 days a week and 1 of their days off when needed. Jobbers are known and praised by mid-level management; all-stars are on the owners lip. These are the two sets of people anyone should be proud to be called. Now the never was on the other hand are the groups of people who we all know and can't stand. They are simply around sucking up air and making everyone else look like stars. They are 1 or 2 mistakes away from the unemployment line. These are the guys and gals who may be the coolest friends you will make but can easily be the worst coworker you would ever know. That my friends is insanity which makes work drag on and on.
So that's how I see it thus far. 30 years of life and 16 years of working this is simply what I have observed. Like it or not you most likely fall into one of these categories. So the question is who are you and do you want to change it?
I know who I am and trust depending on the location I've been all three in the last 16 years. So think what you may but this is just how I feel.
