Story Time

We happen upon a jogger. Young fit handsome man headed the right direction in life, UP. The jog, oh a good 5 mile jaunt, part of a well crafted routine that has made him into the man he is today. If not for the 5 miles three times a week sprinkled in with his semi annual one man iron man triathlon (it's only him as most men in his town are far too fearful of the treacherous tide out by the shore for the swimming portion and the women, well they just go for the show). Yes Craig is the ultimate specimen of man, a fine example of what every 27 year old should strive to be; but little does the world know Craig is holding onto a secret. A secret so damning it would tear apart the fabric of everyone in this quaint mountainside town's existence. You see Craig is such an attractive figure to all he encounters for one reason and one reason alone. Craig is and has been since his birth a modern god.
Little is known about the advent of the modern day Deities, but one thing is for certain they are out there and surprisingly their numbers are growing. To truly grasp the concept one must be willing to accept a simple truth....Gods are REAL. That being said it goes even deeper then that, Gods are real each and every god is real. So no matter the mythology, belief or location; the power of faith and true belief gave those older Gods power. This is an unknown fact that has been written and spoken of yet its a fact often taken as fiction. So as a natural born Deity Craig has had a blessed life yet not even he knows the true reason why. As far as he is concerned his only power is the ability to draw people in to eventually do his will. If Craig truly knew how powerful he truly was he'd most likely end up like his father before him. No he is not the son of Zeus or Allah neither Yahweh nor Odin, no his Father was Donald. Yes that Donald, the one from the news who was locked up for embezzling trillions from the major economic centers on the planet. The government never discovered he was a god. Nor did they understand how a man could escape from the strictest most secure prison on the planet or how he got assistance all the way from not only the guards to the warden to the damn first ladies of several of the countries he stole from. The man was so despised the name Donald was banned from the world's name library. To this day no woman man or child can speak the name Donald nor are any young of any species are allowed to have any form of the name Donald outside of pet rats. Of course if Craig had known who his father was he may had figured out he could do more then simple acts of persuasion. Well it seems best for the world he doesn't know the entire truth about himself, yet.

Don't worry Kiddos their is so much more to tell in this post almighty world. Yes all Gods are now real, but only because the one true God allowed it to be so once he left the unchosen to fend for themselves. This is the world YOU live in I'm just the gentle soul here to translate these stories unto you. These are the DAMIEN TALES.....

Picture if you would an alternate truth. All this talk about the end and Gods ultimate judgment had me thinking. What if it had already come down. Who says the book of revelations is a future tale? Maybe just maybe it's a distant history and we live in a time outside of God. The world could be too much of a waste to destroy, but heaven was filled with true believers long ago and all that were left decided to live lives of denial. Denial that later became blissful ignorance. Generations later there would be no record or any collective memory that hope of eternal light was lost long ago. So we live awaiting a great tomorrow that may never come. Picture that and say you won't have nightmares as I do. I have come up with a truly frightening reality and I call it

Off in the distance, far beyond the clouds, lays a land of hope and prosperity. It's a glorious place full of dreams fulfilled and prayers answered. Sounds too good to be true?
Well that's because that's just a dream an illusion if you will. Oh this land exists, it's really quite real. The catch is the smiling happy faces and the glorious happy lives are all lies. Each joyful person is living in a land of denial. Ignorance is bliss and they are so blissful for they know not what they truly desire.
Take Johnny for instance. Johnny is married to Kate. They met in film school and rather then continue on with making the next great American drama he instead moved to this beautiful suburban home had 3 children and currently is the towns personal cinematographer. Oh he's happy, in love, and proud of his 3 sons. Fulfilled to the fullest he believes, but deep inside he is filled with resentment. While he is successful and smiling he knows Kate trapped him and suckered him into this life. Of course this happens when the pride of film school falls for the worse yet most clever pretty girl in class. Though Kate graduated with him(thanks to major contributions from not only her future husband but also a few well placed kisses to unnamed parts of the deans person), she knew her future in this world would be based not on her film skills and more on her ability to bend the wills of men. Kate is a harpy and a damn fine one.
Let's meet Riley. Riley is a very beautiful girl. Church goer who always does right by her fellow man. Riley is easily a ten and yet Riley has decided to tread through this world alone. Alone but never happier. Unlike many others around her, Riley finds comfort in being alone. While alone she feels the most alive and she feels only in her alone time can she truly be the best follower she can be. You see when she's alone that's when Riley gets her truly deep visits from the lord. She says not just in spirit but her lord and savior physically comes to her in solitude and fills her body with his love. She is ravaged by the lords love. He tells her the deepest truths while he fulfills her physical needs. She is truly the lords favorite and he will truly whisk her away to his far away kingdom in the life hereafter. All she needs to do is wait for his divorce to be finalized. Yes after his divorce her lord Johnny will happily lead her to the great light, the sunshine of eternal happiness.
This is a truly unique land full of secrets and mystery. If they only knew the truth then and only then will they be able to recognize their whole reality. Yes life is a sham when truly observed in this post rapture world...
It's been a millennia since Jesus' REAL return yet these great great great grand children of the aftermath are still blind to the truth. If only their forefathers had chosen to leave a trace of the truth. Eternal life was never in their futures so why feel bad for any temptations they gave into they were all damned anyway.
Sad sad fact history is written by the winners, but when the real winners ascend it's on the losers to recognize whether the real story needs to be told. These losers went the denial direction and honestly this is the life you all lead. How I know this you ask? It's simple really, I'm one of the chosen simply here to enjoy the show.
